Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item in the COG67 store is printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges where the customer has simply changed their mind or wishes to exchange for a different size or design. We therefore encourage all customers to check sizing guides and product details carefully before placing an order.

If a product is returned to sender due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that re-delivery shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at cog67@repdcommerce.com with the following:

       Your order number

       A clear photo of the fault or damage

       A brief description of the issue

If the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please note:

       Faults reported within 28 days of dispatch — eligible for a replacement or refund.

       Faults reported after 28 days of dispatch — eligible for a replacement only.
