Shipping Policy

The COG67 store is operated by REP’D Commerce, a trading name of Design to Scale LTD (NI669361). All orders are fulfilled on a print-on-demand basis by our production partner, Inkthreadable, based in the UK. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Production & Dispatch

Every product in the COG67 store is printed to order. Our standard production turnaround is 3–5 working days before dispatch. In the unlikely event of a stock issue, we will contact you to explain the delay and discuss how you would like to proceed.

Packaging

We are committed to eco-friendly packaging. The vast majority of orders ship plastic-free. The only exception is unframed prints, which are shipped in poster tubes with plastic end caps to ensure they arrive undamaged.

Order Tracking

Tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

       UK orders — Royal Mail 24 Tracked and Royal Mail 48 Tracked provide full tracked delivery. DPD Next Day and EVRi services are fully tracked.

       International orders — all tracked services include detailed end-to-end tracking.

Your tracking code will be included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address. Please allow up to 48 hours for USPS tracking to become active.

Delivery Estimates

Please note that all delivery estimates below apply after your order has been dispatched. Production lead times of 3–5 working days are not included in these estimates.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your parcel, the shipping method selected, and the destination. All parcels heavier than 0.699 kg will default to the DPD courier service.

United Kingdom 🇬🇧

All UK orders are shipped fully tracked with proof of delivery via Royal Mail, EVRi or DPD depending on the order.

Shipping costs may be subject to change. The cost applicable to your order will be confirmed at checkout.

Missing Parcels

Whilst rare, parcels can occasionally go missing in transit. If your order has not arrived, we recommend first checking at your local post office and confirming your delivery address is correct.

We are unable to issue replacement orders until the following waiting periods have elapsed from the date of dispatch:

       UK orders — 10 working days

       EU & Rest of World orders — 28 calendar days

This is because we cannot raise a claim with Royal Mail until these periods have passed.

Important: all missing order claims must be reported to us within 60 calendar days of the dispatch date. After this point we are unable to offer replacements or refunds free of charge.

To report a missing order, please contact REP’D Commerce at cog67@repdcommerce.com with your order number and delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item in the COG67 store is printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges where the customer has simply changed their mind or wishes to exchange for a different size or design. We therefore encourage all customers to check sizing guides and product details carefully before placing an order.

If a product is returned to sender due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that re-delivery shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at cog67@repdcommerce.com with the following:

       Your order number

       A clear photo of the fault or damage

       A brief description of the issue

If the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please note:

       Faults reported within 28 days of dispatch — eligible for a replacement or refund.

       Faults reported after 28 days of dispatch — eligible for a replacement only.
